- Intellectual Property: All content (Python scripts, OpenRadioss models, PrePoMax workflows, and methodologies) is the property of Miguel/Disimulando. A personal/professional use license is granted, but not the right to resell or redistribute the training material.
- Technical Disclaimer: The simulations and workflows taught are engineering support tools. Disimulando is not responsible for design decisions or structural failures in physical products resulting from the use of these techniques. The user is solely responsible for validating their models and correlating them with physical tests. As advocated on this platform: engineering judgment prevails over the software.
- Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the products (courses, scripts), once the content has been accessed or the material downloaded, no refunds will be accepted unless otherwise stated in a specific offer. As these are digital contents without a physical medium, the user accepts that the execution of the service begins at the moment of purchase or download. By accepting these terms, the user expressly consents to the loss of their 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with Art. 103.m of the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
- Use of AI: The provided AI tools are productivity multipliers. The user must verify any code or result generated by these local or integrated models. Disimulando does not claim intellectual property over the results or “outputs” generated by the user when applying the AI methodologies taught on the platform. Responsibility for the commercial use of such results lies exclusively with the user.
